Recent winter storms, heavy snowfall, and flooding have affected parts of the Northern Plains, Great Lakes region, Ohio Valley, Northeastern states, and the Pacific Northwest (including Washington State).
As a result, local delivery capacity in affected areas has been reduced, and delays may occur in last-mile transportation or handoff to local carriers.
