Our shipping system is directly connected to official carrier networks. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the status is automatically updated in our system, and a delivery confirmation is sent to the customer.
In some cases, customers may experience the following situations:

The package is delivered to a safe location (such as a porch, mailbox, or building lobby)

The package is delivered to a nearby address

The package may be lost or taken after delivery, which unfortunately can occur in certain neighborhoods
If you believe your package has not been received despite being marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will promptly assist by submitting an inquiry to the local carrier and helping investigate the situation.
While we work closely with shipping partners, the final delivery process is handled by local carriers. We truly appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to support you in resolving any delivery-related concerns.
