Generally speaking, our bulk orders start at 100 items. If your order is below 100, let us know and we can see if we can fulfill your order.
All products on our website are eligible for a bulk order discount. If there is a color that you want to add to the list, let us know and we can review it together.
We do offer samples. Please note that in your inquiry.

- Shipping -
For bulk orders, due to the embroidery and dye sublimation processes, there will be an additional 7-9 business days added to the date provided in your auto-generated order confirmation. Additionally, for expedited production, there will be a surcharge of 10%.
We maintain long-term partnerships with global logistics companies for bulk orders. We offer shipping options, such as DHL, ensuring a delivery time frame of 3-5 business days.
- Payment -
We accept payment through PayPal, Klarna and Credit cards, the well-known, trusted and secure ways to make payments over the Internet.
We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand.
Note: Since there is exchange conversion, cross-border fees (Charged by issuing bank) etc. There is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.
- Returns -
Our personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or contact our customer service for return.
We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product or a full refund. There are several things to keep in mind when exchanging a defective product.
All defective products must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Items that may be defective which have surpassed the 10 day period may be re-evaluated by a sales representative. Normal wear is not considered defective manufacturing.

A customer rep will work closely with you to come up with the perfect set of custom made jersey designs and then send the order to our manufacturer.

Once we finalize all designs and put in the order you should expect your custom jerseys and uniforms in 2 weeks.
