Impact on Production and How We're Managing It
During this period, our production capacity will be reduced as our team members take their well-deserved breaks in shifts. We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially for your custom jersey orders. If you have specific deadlines or urgent requirements, we kindly ask that you mention these explicitly in the order notes. Our team will make every effort to accommodate these requests.
Communication and Transparency
For orders where we may face challenges in meeting the specified deadlines, our customer service team will reach out within 72 hours of order placement to provide clear communication and alternative solutions. We are committed to transparency and ensuring you are fully informed.
Temporary Delays in Mock-Up Services. Please also note that our mock-up services will have response times of up to 48 hours during the festival period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Full Capacity Resumption Post-Festival
Rest assured, starting February 1st, our production capacity will be fully restored. We will be back at full strength, ready to fulfill your orders with the quality and efficiency you've come to expect from Fansidea.
